Made of stainless steel and dishwasher safe the Dual Dial thermometer has a temperature range of 50°C to 90°C for meat and 75°C to 275°C for the oven. The at-a-glance meat setting table on the centre of the dial gives you the minimum temperatures for the five meat categories – Veal, Pork, Beef, Lamb and Poultry.
