Making A Purchase
Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘View Cart’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We are currently offering two options for shipping – Royal Mail for order values up to £25.00 and DPD to cover all order values
NOTE: Due to Royal Mail not being a trackable option a claim for non-delivery will not be able to be made until 30 days after the date of despatch.
Payment
We currently offer payment via PayPal. We therefore do not know any of your payment details.
Delivery Schedule
We dispatch your order same day when the order is placed before 2.30pm on a week day (bank holidays excluded). Otherwise we dispatch your order the next working day. We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 business days depending on service chosen.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in the prices shown.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
